Clear answers.
Conversations
that move forward.
WhatsApp chatbot development to answer common questions, prepare requests and guide customers. With reviewed information and a clear handover to your team when a person is needed.
I would like information about a service.
What do you need and which city are you in?
Receives the enquiry and its context to continue.
Your team knows
the questions. The bot
needs a useful journey.
We start with the enquiries you receive: hours, products, coverage, orders or quotation requests. We define what can be answered automatically, where information comes from and when the team should intervene. Depending on the case, the scope can use rules, AI or a combination.
Design the service.
Then the automation.
A chatbot needs to understand its task, recognise its limits and pass context to the team.
Review recurring enquiries
We organise contact reasons and approved answers. We identify questions worth automating and those needing confirmation from sales, support or dispatch.
Design the flows
We define messages, choices, required information and handovers. We review enquiry, error and human support journeys to avoid conversations without an exit.
Choose the channel and integrations
We assess WhatsApp Business Platform and the tools needed for the volume and scope. Accounts, access, channel conditions and third-party costs are reviewed before implementation.
Connect authorised information
Where appropriate, we connect catalogue, CRM or order systems with agreed permissions. The bot should recognise an unavailable source and request review rather than invent an answer.
Test with your team
We review real question types without exposing customer data, check topic changes and verify human handover. We agree schedules and owners for escalated enquiries.
Review and improve
Maintenance keeps answers current and supports reviews of unresolved questions. Catalogue, price and operational changes need a defined source and owner.
What a well-defined
chatbot can resolve.
Its usefulness depends on available information and the actions authorised for each journey.
| Item | What to review |
|---|---|
| Common questions | Reviewed hours, location, coverage and commercial conditions. |
| Product enquiries | Features and guidance from an updated catalogue. |
| Sales requests | Collecting the need, quantity or destination for a quotation. |
| Order tracking | Status checks where suitable integration and verification exist. |
| Human support | Handover with context and unanswered questions, within the team's schedule. |
Automation does not imply permanent human attendance. Campaigns, templates and messages must follow current WhatsApp permissions and rules. Channel, provider and maintenance costs are identified in the proposal.
Your questions,
with context.
Can a chatbot answer outside opening hours?
It can collect enquiries and provide authorised information when the system is available. It should explain which actions need a person and when the team will respond. It must not promise confirmations your operation cannot provide.
Does it need artificial intelligence?
Not always. Some questions are best handled by rules and clear choices. The decision depends on enquiries, available sources and the necessary level of control. AI use requires limits, review and human intervention.
Can it confirm stock, payments or deliveries?
Only when a reliable source and an integration designed for that action exist. Otherwise, it should explain that the team will confirm. Receiving an image of a payment alone does not verify receipt of funds.
Can it connect to my CRM or shop?
This is assessed around available APIs, tools and permissions. The proposal should identify shared data, scope, error handling and owners.
What does development and operation cost?
It depends on flows, integrations and maintenance. The budget separates implementation, channel or provider charges and support. Unlimited messaging is not assumed.
Do you work with businesses in Mexico, Spain, Venezuela and Colombia?
